1. Can I purchase one blank?
Are there minimum order quantities?
Yes, you can order small quantities or even one blank at a time. Please contact us to place your order: hello@epicfitters.com
2. I have seen these products elsewhere. Are you related to other manufacturers?
We’re an independent manufacturer looking to offer common embroidery supplies to businesses at a lower cost than large brands. We are not related to other manufactures or brands, nor do our products carry names of any other brands. The products we sell have been produced by us and carry our labels.
3. Are there exclusivity requirements?
No. You are free to work with other suppliers, and your shop can carry any brands you would like. We believe in freedom of choice, and it is completely normal to carry products from different suppliers.
4. What kind of brand protection requirements do you have?
None. In our experience, end customers generally have no particular interest in brand names on their embroidered/sublimated stuffed animal. In fact, the brand name can be distracting: We have seen many shop owners remove branding labels and replace them with their own hang tags. You can sell our products under the brand Epicfitters or relabel them in any way you would like. Your business, your rules.
5. Am I allowed to resell these items?
What about bulk sale?
Absolutely. You own your blanks and should not need to ask for permission in order to sell/resell your products. There are no restrictions.
6. What’s your mission?
By talking to many custom gift shop owners, big and small, we have found out that one of the biggest difficulties in running a successful business is the high cost of blanks and many restrictions. Our goal is to make you more successful by removing restrictions and by bringing down the cost of your supplies.
7. Why is your shipping so cheap?
Are there minimum order quantities?
Our mission is to help you grow your business by allowing you to order any amount of blanks as often as you need, without having to worry about high shipping costs. There is no minimum order quantity.
8. Your selection is too small.
We’re getting started and our collection is growing! If you’re looking for anything specific, please contact us. We’re able to produce most types of embroidery blanks.
In fact, we are open to custom requests and suggestions: Please feel free to let us know if you are looking for a particular blank, design, or stuffed animal.
9. Are you planning to carry other blanks?
Yes. Other types of embroidery/sublimation blanks will be available very soon. Please subscribe at the top of the page to be notified and to receive samples.
10. Do you personalize your products and sell them as custom gifts?
No, we don’t compete with embroidery or custom gift shops. Our goal is to deliver quality embroidery/sublimation blanks based on your feedback and suggestions.
That said, we can always help you out if you have technical questions about embroidery or personalization.
11. How quickly do you ship?
Where do you ship?
As soon as your payment has gone through, it ships out the same or next day. Credit card payments are usually quick. Some payments such as EFT, take longer to process, typically 7 business days, and your order will ship as soon as we see your payment go through. We ship in the U.S. and Canada.
12. How can I place an order? What payment methods do you support?
1) Please fill out the form on our Contact & Wholesale page and indicate what blanks and how many you would like to order.
2) We will get back to you with your invoice.
3) We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, and Interac/EMT, EFT. Please note that some payments such as EFT take longer to process, typically 7 business days. Your order will ship as soon as the payment is cleared.
